Burandt’s extreme boondocking in Slednecks 11 and CBBA

To say Chris Burandt had a busy winter this past year is an understatement. After spending three long weeks in Sweden, playing action-film star Vin Diesel’s double in a snowmobile segment for the feature film Babylon A.D.,Chris returned to the states and spent the rest of the winter splitting time between filming with the Slednecks production crew and running his newly launched Chris Burandt Backcountry Adventures.

The film work he did last winter is paying dividends now, as he is in two Slednecks movies. Burandt will once again be a featured rider in the latest iteration of the Slednecks series, Slednecks 11. And because so much of Burandt’s insane technical riding footage ended up on the cutting room floor when putting together Slednecks 11, the production team decided to create a new series called Chris Burandt’s Backcountry Adventures
Ironically, the film shares the same name as Burandt’s snowmobile mountain tour company. Last year Burandt created a new company that offered guided backcountry tours through technical mountainous terrain on the Eastern slope of the Rockies.
