Saunier Duval - SCOTT rolls out at the Tour of California

The Tour of California kicked off this past weekend with the team presentation in Sausalito. The Bay Area’s finest were all in attendance, with cycling fans coming out of the woodwork to get a glimpse of their favorite teams. The Saunier Duval - SCOTT team was very popular amongst the crowd, and many fans paid big dollars to dine amongst the athletes. Celebrity Robin Williams made an appearance at the opening ceremonies and the boys in yellow were quite excited to meet him. Williams is a very enthusiastic cycling fan who enjoyed talking about his favorite sport.



The Prologue featured a 4 minute TT loop that drew huge crowds in Palo Alto where Saunier Duval - SCOTT showed off their new Plasma TT bikes. As the week progresses, the Tour moves on to the cities of Santa Rosa, Sacramento, San Jose, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and then into the Los Angeles area. The riders are anxious to take on the scenic coastal route of the Tour.
