World Cup in Offenburg: Podium for Vogel, Schurter finishes 4th

At the World Cup in Offenburg, Germany, the riders of the Swisspower Mountainbike Team were as powerful as ever. After his mechanical a week ago in Houffalize, Florian Vogel bounced back and confirmed his fitness with a third place ride, reaching the podium behind Julien Absalon and Christoph Sauser.

Nino Schurter came in 4th, ten seconds after Vogel. Frischi finished 17th, one position ahead of Jürg Graf, even though he fell back as far as 28th due to a saddle defect. Swisspower was the only team with four riders in the top 20.

Matthias Rupp came in second behind the Slovak Hagan in the junior race.
