First round of Swisspower Cup

The XC European racing season has started with the first round of the Swisspower Cup in Schaan (FL). The Swisspower mountainbike team got off to an excellent start, winning the overall team ranking. On his 19th birthday, Patrick Gallati won his first race in the amateur category. The elite division was won by Julien Absolon, with the top Swiss riders Florian Vogel and Nino Schurter taking 3rd and 4th place respectively.
