René Wildhaber wins at the Megaavalanche in Peru

René Wildhaber must have been in a big hurry at the first Megaavalanche in Peru: on the downhill, Wildhaber was faster than world champion Fabien Barel, Cedric Gracia and Gee Atherton (just to name a few). At the end of the day, he was standing on the top, one more reason to enjoy the post-race party!

After the race, in order to give the riders an inside view of Peruvian history, all competitors were invited to visit the nearby world heritage site, Machu Pichu.

Congratulations René!
