Coppins starting to surge !

Josh Coppins has been struggling this season with an injury and some bad luck, but everyone knew his talent and speed would emerge to propel him to the front. That is exactly what happened this weekend at the German GP. Coppins used his talent and fitness to win both motos and take his first overall GP victory of the season. Now second in the standings, Coppins is only four points behind his teammate Philippaerts the GP Series leader. Seb Pourcel finished fifth and recently signed Scott rider Julien Bill finished sixth overall.

In the Women’s World Championship, Steffi Laier and Livia Lancelot made the podium again while Katherine Prumm, suffering from a broken collarbone, missed the German round of the GP Series. Lancelot is now leading the championship by 20 points over Laier with only one round left to race.
