MountainBIKE must-buy
The German magazine MountainBIKE scrutinized six hardtails closely and compared the weight, the character, the riding quality, the operational profile and the price of these different bikes. The SCOTT Scale 40 was rated and finished second in the total ranking with the evaluation “very good”. In addition, the magazine rated the Scale 40 as a "must-buy" bike.
The Scale 40 beat the competition in ride quality. Whether it is going uphill, downhill or doing a fast sprint in between, the Scale cut a good figure on all types of terrain.
The conclusion of MountainBIKE: with a solid frame and functional components – the Scale 40 illuminated every biker’s heart, without taking a toll on their budget.
