First Victory of the Season for Vinz

Yesterday Vinzenz Lüps (GER) won the slopestyle contest at the season opening snowbaord event at Kaunertal in Austria. After the qualifying last Saturday, Lups sat in fourth and with an excellent performance on Sunday took the win, followed by Stefan Gimpl (AUT) and Gian Simmen (CH).

Vinzenz will once again go for the victory at next week's "Nokia City Big Air" in Berlin. Lups is in top form and highly motivated for the season.
