Volta a Catalunya - Stage 5

Another Victory
One day after Leonardo Piepoli’s victory, Inigo Cuesta won the fifth stage, a 17.1 kilometer time trial, at the Volta a Catalunya; Piepoli took the second place and is now also second in the general classification! What a success! We spoke with Leonardo just a few minutes after the race...

What will be your goals in the upcoming Tour de Suisse and later, the Tour de France?
For the Tour de Suisse, I want to win a stage (Leonardo is born in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland). I feel very good and there will be some finishes in the mountains! And concerning the Tour de France, they are the same; my goal is a stage victory. I am quite confident because I am a consistent rider, without many up and downs... so, when it’s up who knows!
