Tim Ferry takes Victory at Washougal

Washougal, WA – It was action-packed racing this past weekend at the Toyota AMA Motocross Championship at Washougal. Teammates Ryan Villopoto and Ben Townley continued their joust for the number one spot in the points standings, while Tim Ferry made it known once again that he will not be overlooked. At the end of the day, Ferry stood at the top of the podium for the overall win, just 7 back from James Stewart in overall points.

Villopoto came out swinging in his home state in the first Lites moto, taking a convincing win. Mr. Townley crossed the finish line shortly after for 2nd place. The second moto, however, did not go as smoothly for RV, who crashed twice. He would have to settle for 3rd, while Ben rode consistent all the way to victory. BT took the overall victory for the day, with Ryan standing next to him on the podium with second. Congratulations guys!
