X-Games silver for Lolo
SCOTT’s International Freeski Team leader Laurent Favre, from La Clusaz, France, had his biggest success with a second place in the superpipe at the Winter X-Games in Aspen yesterday. After competing the last three years in slopestyle at Winter X, this was his first superpipe entry. Laurent is super-stoked on his second place and can’t really believe that he did it, and couldn't be happier. Tanner Hall (USA) won the event, while Simon Dumont (USA) placed third.
Laurent also competed in the Winter X-Games slopestyle contest last Saturday. Due to a lot of fresh snow, the format was changed from a seven-hit course to a one big hit best trick contest. Laurent finished 11th. TJ Schiller of Canada won.
SCOTT Sports SA congratulates Laurent on his X-Games silver.
